The approach
We take a project from the first site visit to the day the client moves in.
That begins with understanding the plot properly: orientation, prevailing wind, neighbouring buildings, setback rules, and what the local authority will actually approve. Concept design follows, tested in three dimensions from the start rather than drawn flat and modelled later.
Once a scheme is agreed we produce the full drawing set needed for approval and for construction, coordinate the structural and services design, and stay involved during the build to answer the questions that always come up on site.
