The approach
Structural design works best when it starts at the same time as the architecture, not after it.
Bringing the frame into the conversation early is what makes cantilevers, clear spans and open plans achievable within a sensible budget. It also avoids the familiar situation where columns land in the middle of a room because the structural drawings were produced from a fixed architectural plan.
We produce the analysis, the reinforcement detailing and the bar bending schedules needed for construction, designed to Bangladesh National Building Code requirements including seismic provisions.
